After a busy week in which I appear to have been working solely for the benefit of the taxman, and not myself or my family, it’s hard to accept that it’s now the beginning of the weekend. What shall I do? Will I spend my weekend playing videogames, watching TV, or working to prepare the garden for the onset of winter? Or will I do something far, far more fulfilling, like going out to a party or turning base metals into gold?

I think I will have to ponder this for a while, and decide. In the meantime, I think I’ll mess around with my blog for a bit, to see what it does. It’s not like anyone’s going to be reading it, anyway…
